Data Deletion Instruction Policy

At Todopro, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users’ data. We understand that, from time to time, you may need to request the deletion of your data stored within our services, including the Todopro platform and the Dashboard AI model. This Data Deletion Instruction Policy outlines the process for requesting and executing data deletion.


1. Data Ownership and Control

You retain full ownership and control over all data submitted to or generated by the Todopro platform and Dashboard AI, including but not limited to:

  • Contact information
  • Leads data
  • Interaction history
  • Any other personal or business-related information you provide or that is processed by Todopro or Dashboard AI

You can delete your data at any time, either in part or in full, by following the procedures outlined in this policy.


2. Requesting Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, you must submit a formal request through one of the following methods:

  • Email Request: Send an email to hola@todopro.es with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In the body of the email, specify whether you would like to delete all or part of your data. Please include your account details (e.g., name, email address, company name) to help us locate your data.

  • In-App Request: If applicable, you may be able to submit a deletion request directly through the Todopro or Dashboard AI app’s user interface. Follow the in-app instructions for data deletion.

Once we receive your request, we will process it and confirm receipt within [X] business days.


3. Processing the Data Deletion Request

Upon receipt of your deletion request, Todopro will:

  • Verify Your Identity: We may ask you to confirm your identity to ensure that we are processing the request from the rightful account holder.
  • Assess the Request: We will evaluate your request to ensure that all required steps can be taken to delete the data. If there are any issues or if your request cannot be fully processed, we will inform you and provide alternative options where necessary.
  • Delete the Data: Once your request is verified and accepted, we will proceed with deleting your data. This may include:
    • Deleting all or part of your data from our live systems and databases.
    • Ensuring that the data is removed from any backup systems, where applicable.
    • Informing any third-party services, if applicable, that hold your data as part of the Todopro services.

Data deletion may take up to [X] business days to be fully processed, depending on the volume of data involved.


4. Data Retention in Backups

While we strive to immediately delete your data from our live systems and databases, please note that deleted data may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days. Backup data is encrypted and will only be accessed if needed for disaster recovery purposes. After this retention period, your data will be fully purged from all systems.


5. Data Deletion and Legal Compliance

In some cases, Todopro may be required by law to retain certain data. If this is the case, we will inform you and retain the necessary data only for as long as required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Examples of legal requirements that may impact data deletion include:

  • Compliance with tax or financial regulations.
  • Obligations to preserve records in response to legal requests.

We will inform you of any legal restrictions on data deletion if they apply to your specific situation.


6. Effect of Data Deletion

Once your data has been deleted, it will no longer be accessible through the Todopro platform or Dashboard AI. Please be aware of the following consequences:

  • Loss of Access: Any data deleted will no longer be available for you to view, retrieve, or interact with. This may affect the functionality of the Todopro or Dashboard AI system as it relates to that data.
  • No Recovery: Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, except in cases where backup systems are involved, and recovery is legally required.
  • Termination of Services: If you delete your data and this action results in the inability to use the Todopro or Dashboard AI services, we will notify you of the service’s termination.

7. Updates to the Policy

We may update this Data Deletion Instruction Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Todopro platform.
